The Pulp Stage: Primed Pulp

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Step off the street and onto the bug planet! The Pulp Stage will be performing David D. Levine's award-winning science fiction story, Tk'Tk'Tk (yep, that's the name!) with audience participation. Grab an easy cameo or just sit back and immerse yourself in this darkly hilarious tale of a space-traveling software peddler: nearly out of company cash, our hero has one last chance to make a big sale... but it must take place in a world owned and operated by bugs. Whether you get the giggles or the shivers, you'll experience the magic of transportation through words (most of them earth-based).

The Pulp Stage
The Pulp Stage is a new theatre movement; crackling dramas built solely to be read out loud: the audience receives the story through pure imagination and the performers get to tell story by the simplest means. In fact, for Lit Crawl, some audience may get to tell the story, reading the parts of giant bugs in David D. Levine's hilarious, award winning sci fi nightmare, "Tk'Tk'Tk''.
