Lawrence Howard

Lawrence Howard is a master at crafting engaging stories that often have listeners on the edge of their seats. Founder of Portland Story Theater, Lawrence draws from his rich repertoire of adventure, personal, and mythic tales to create narrative programs for people from all walks of life. Lawrence is best known as the creator of the Armchair Adventurer series, which include riveting stories about Antarctic explorers Ernest Shackleton, Douglas Mawson, Roald Amundsen, and Robert Falcon Scott.
